Pry open the buckle
Gently pry open the buckle with a flat tool (screwdriver). Then slide it off the belt.

Measure, mark and cut
Place the belt on and check the length. Mark the cutting point. Cut the belt evenly with scissors.

Reattach the buckle
Slide the belt back into the buckle, just like in the photo.

Place and adjust
Make sure the belt is pushed all the way in and lies flat.

Press the buckle
Press the buckle lever until you hear a distinct click.

Precision engineering meets Italian craftsmanship. The Harrow ratchet belt pairs full-grain Italian leather — sourced from the world's finest tanneries — with a smoky brushed gun-metal automatic buckle on a jet-black strap. The strap is 3.5 cm (35 mm) wide.
No holes, no guesswork: the buckle locks onto a concealed toothed track, so the fit adjusts in millimetre steps rather than 2–3 cm jumps. Trim the strap once to your exact waist, then fine-tune it in seconds — at the desk, after dinner, on the move.

60 days to return from delivery, free from Poland, the EU and the UK — we email you a prepaid label. The belt must be unworn and untrimmed: a strap cut to length or a buckle engraved with your initials is personalised and can't be returned for a change of mind. Ratchet belt FAQ
What is a ratchet belt and how does it work?
A ratchet belt has no holes. A toothed track runs along the inside of the strap and the automatic buckle clicks onto it, so you tighten or loosen in steps of about 5 mm instead of the 2–3 cm jumps between holes on a classic belt. To loosen it, press the small release lever under the buckle.
Can I wear it with a suit and with jeans?
Yes. At 35 mm wide it fits the belt loops of suit trousers, chinos and jeans. The dark gun-metal buckle on black leather is the most understated option — it suits a suit, dark trousers and jeans alike.
Which length should I order?
Order by trouser waist: 90 cm (S) for approx. 75–85 cm, 100 cm (M) for 85–95 cm, 110 cm (L) for 95–105 cm and 120 cm (XL) for 105–115 cm. Between two sizes, take the longer one — you trim the strap once to your exact waist.
How do I shorten a ratchet belt?

How fast is delivery?
Orders placed before 13:00 CET on a working day leave our EU warehouse the same day. Delivery takes 1–2 working days in Poland, 2–4 in the rest of the EU and 3–5 in the UK. The delivery cost for your country is shown at checkout before you pay.
Ratchet belt or classic belt?
