Delivery, returns, warranty, payment
- Dispatch: belts and in-stock items leave Poland within 24 hours on business days, with tracked delivery. Cases are made to order; the current lead time is shown on each case page.
- Returns: 60 days from delivery on every market, free from Poland, the EU and the UK. Engraved (personalised) items and belts already trimmed to length cannot be returned for a change of mind; faulty items are always replaced or refunded.
- Warranty: 36 months against manufacturing and material defects (buckle mechanism, stitching, edges, plating).
- Payment: cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal; BLIK and Polish bank transfers on harrowcollection.pl.

The underside of the strap carries a fine toothed track instead of holes. The buckle clicks into the track in steps of about 5 mm, and a small lever releases it. You cut the strap to your size once, so the belt fits exactly. See the ratchet belt explainer.
