Shipping

Every order ships from our warehouse in Poland. Orders placed before 12:00 CET on a business day are dispatched the same day.

Free worldwide shipping by DPD courier — on every order, with no minimum.

• United States, United Kingdom and rest of world: 5–8 business days after dispatch.
• Poland: 1–2 business days after dispatch.

You will receive tracking by email as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse.

Customs duties and import taxes

Your order ships from Poland, in the European Union. The price you pay at checkout covers the product and delivery only — it does not include import duties or taxes in your country.

Depending on local rules, customs charges or a carrier handling fee may be payable on delivery. These are set by your national customs authority, not by us, and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Customers in the United States: the previous $800 de minimis exemption no longer applies to commercial imports, so duty may be charged on your parcel regardless of its value. If you would like an estimate before ordering, email us and we will help.
