Returns & Refunds

You have 90 days to return your order, free of charge. Return anything within 90 days of delivery — no reason needed. This includes items bought on promotion.

Return conditions

The item should be unused, complete and returned in its original packaging. Please have your order number or email confirmation to hand.

How to return

  1. Email info@harrowcollection.com with your order number.
  2. We send you a free return label and instructions — the return costs you nothing.
  3. Send the parcel to our fulfilment warehouse: Harrow Collection, ul. Opolska 9C/3, 40-084 Katowice, Poland.

We refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

EU and UK statutory right of withdrawal (14 days)

In addition to our voluntary 90-day return policy, customers in the EU and UK have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason. This right applies to all products, including discounted items.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please check your order on arrival. If anything is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, email info@harrowcollection.com — we reply within 1–2 business days and resolve claims within 14 days. We are liable for the conformity of goods for 2 years from delivery.

Exchanges

Need a different size or colour? Email us. The fastest route is to return the item and place a new order, and we will help you choose the right size.
