Orders are picked, packed and dispatched from the EU.

Dispatch

Orders are dispatched from the EU in 24h on working days. Orders placed before 13:00 CET on a working day are picked and handed to the carrier the same day; later orders go out the next working day. Weekends and Polish public holidays are not working days.

Delivery times and carriers

We ship with DPD, DHL and InPost, depending on the destination. Orders are dispatched from the EU within 24h on working days. Poland: 1–2 working days with InPost or DPD. Germany, Italy and the rest of the EU: 2–4 working days with DPD or DHL. United Kingdom: 3–5 working days with DHL. Rest of the world: 5–10 working days with DHL Express.

Delivery costs

Standard delivery is free on every order to Poland, the European Union and the United Kingdom, with no minimum order value. For the rest of the world, standard delivery is free on orders over $69; below that a flat rate is shown at checkout before you pay. Express delivery is available everywhere as a paid upgrade at checkout.

Free returns in Poland, the EU and the UK

Returns from Poland, the EU and the UK are free as well: we email you a prepaid return label, so sending an item back costs you nothing. See returns and exchanges.

Tracking

You'll receive a confirmation email when the order is placed and a second email with tracking once the parcel leaves us. If tracking hasn't arrived, contact us with your order number.

Customs and duties

Orders delivered inside the European Union are shipped in free circulation: there is no customs duty or import VAT to pay on delivery. Orders to the United Kingdom are sent on a delivered-duty-paid basis, with UK import VAT settled by us, so there is nothing to pay to the carrier. Orders to all other destinations are sent delivered-at-place: any import duty, tax or clearance fee charged by the destination country is payable by the recipient and is not included in the price shown at checkout.
